Automated Additive Dosing System

  • Automated Additive Dosing System which automatically dispenses additive and meters additive at correct additive treatment ratios in bulk fueling applications as well over the road fuel additive applicators.
  • Portable additive tanks in 5 or 10 gallon reservoir which contains enough additive to last 4-10 weeks depending on dosage rates 
  • Constructed of .125” brushed aluminum which is light weight and more corrosion resistant than steel
  • Safety features include a thermal relief locking cap, roll over proof tank vent and drain plug
  • Additive Metering System Level Sensor alerts the user and fleet manager when the additive needs to be refilled


                                                               

 Additive Applicator

  • Additive pump designed for any additive available for gasoline, diesel, ethanol and biodiesel blends 
  • Pump and components are rated down to at least -40 degrees Fahrenheit for any environment
  • 65 micron inline filter to protect pump and fuel system from contaminant failure
  • Built in anti-siphon and check valves to prevent over dosing and added security
  • Flowmeter and Solenoid accurately measure additive after each refuel and dose accordingly
  • Pump and tank components are located separate from electronics for safety and overall longevity

TELEMATICS SYSTEM

  • System Electronics are installed independent of the engine’s Electronic Control Module which allows one product to fit any manufacturer and engine type in any industry worldwide.
  • Electronic sensors track fuel used, engine hours, distance traveled, additive used, route traveled and idle hours completely separate from the vehicles ECM data. 
  • The datasets are sent via a wireless network and internet portal which can be monitored from any computer with web access
  • Notifications including truck and driver performance, route conformity, automated driver logging as well as low additive and fuel theft alerts keep fleet managers informed in real time and able to take predictive and corrective measures to ensure maximum security and fleet economy
